About the program

The first cohort of participants will commence in the August 2024, with subsequent cohorts commencing later in the year.

Participants will be able to access a new topic every 3 weeks. Each topic will include a 60 minute video webinar.

Through a dedicated forum, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, and to share ideas with the practice coach team and with each other.

Each topic will also include a number of ‘Improvement Ideas’ that practices can begin to implement immediately. Additional resources will be available for downloading.

Participants will have access to our unique tools ‘My Improvement Map’, where you can collect good ideas and put them into practice. Participants will also be able to use our ‘Bog Book of Ideas’, and our AI assisted ‘Ideas Factory’.

Topics, webinars and resources will remain available to participants with an active subscription.

Together, we will establish ‘best practice’ in clinical care and business strategies for general practice. We aim for immediate and real improvement in participating practices that will have sustained impact on their patient care and their business outcomes.
